1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Service Provision

We provide custom software development and consultancy services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Cooperate in good faith throughout engagements
• Respect intellectual property rights

3. Payments & Billing

All projects require 50% upfront payment. Balance due upon delivery. We accept:

• Bank transfers
• Online payments

4. Liability

We're not liable for:

• Third-party service outages
• Client-provided inaccurate information
• Force majeure events
• Indirect/consequential damages

5. Termination

Either party may terminate engagements with 14 days written notice. Outstanding payments remain due.
